Flowers by Louise are committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully and where needed. I collect your personal information to contact you from enquiries that you have submitted and will never source your personal information from anyone but yourself and only when you are happy to do so. I will never collect details without your consent. 
 

The type of information I collect about you includes:
your name
address
phone number
e-mail address

I will only require bank details/payment details if I need to provide you with a refund. I will never take money from your account, all payments will be initiated by you, therefore I will not need your details to take payment. 

If you wish to obtain a copy of the information I hold about you please email me. All information I hold will be accurate, honest and up to date so, if you identify any mistakes please ensure to let me know so I can adjust accordingly.

All information you provide will be kept only in my database and will not be disclosed to any other companies without your permission. I can collect data about where my site is being viewed from and what pages are being clicked on, however this does not collect any personal information, and is only for statistical purpose. 

 

Any information collected from you will be removed/destroyed after your event or when you no longer hold a contract with me.
